What should I do after a car accident?
My father’s car was hit by someone. He tried to escape but I chased him and caught up with him. We both have back and neck pains. What can I do about this?

You have to retain a personal injury attorney. Make sure the police know the other person fled the scene. This is a criminal offense. Provide your attorney with all police and accident reports together with the other party's insurance information.

You most definitely have certain rights under the law and the insurance policies involved, including medical bill coverage, lost wages, and a possibly pain and suffering claim against the at fault party. You should contact an experienced personal injury firm immediately for a free consultation.
