Should I sue a biomedical company for a defective medical product?

My wife required revision surgery to replace metal on a metal hip replacement that failed with the same issues as a metal on metal hip replacement. I am looking for advice regarding a lawsuit against the company that makes the device for this defective device.

That is far too broad a question to answer without more information. You should call a lawyer that you feel you would trust to handle the case if he or she thinks the case has merit. The lawyer may tell you that there is nothing he or she is willing to do or that there simply is no case at all. However, if there is something to it you will have a lawyer there to take the case and start the process. This forum of online questions is ok for general advice, but to know about a specific case, you really should be speaking live with the lawyer that you would like to represent you.
