Can I sue my employer for lost wages?

I was in an accident about 3 to 4 months ago. I was out of work for a month and two weeks never revived lost wages and the insurance. Company keeps putting me off.

I am not sure what type of injury you had based on the information given. If you were hurt on the job, then worker's compensation should pay you a percentage of your wages for the time you were out (with certain restrictions). If you are talking about a disability plan, then you would have to check into the plan itself, as every plan is different. Either way, you should contact an attorney to make sure your rights are being fulfilled if the insurance company is giving you the runaround.
